We are focused on developing new capabilities that support our clients requirements. We are seeking to fill a position for a Human Resources Generalist to work at our East Syracuse, NY office location.
The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in developing and implementing the policies and procedures to support the employees needs, continue to foster and enhance a positive work culture, and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. While traditional HR responsibilities such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management will be central to this role, you will work closely with the senior staff and other administrative personnel to oversee benefits administration, assist in payroll and other HR functions as needed. This position will offer the right candidate an opportunity to learn and acquire valuable experience that can advance their career.
