Enformion is Hiring a Project Manager Near Sacramento, CA
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from beginning to end for specific development groups and/or initiatives. The Project Manager will coordinate with the PMO to support the business, implement, and uphold best practices, and work closely with the project team to ensure that all objectives are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3 years’ experience in project management
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and other software development processes and frameworks
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A positive, collaborative personality able to put your best foot forward daily
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, flexibly managing changing business needs, and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in project management software
- PMP certification is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and initiative tracking documentation
- Manage project resources with influence, including personnel, cross-functional tasks, and dependencies
- Run Scrum Ceremonies and collaborate with Stakeholders, Product Owners, and Development Directors
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Proactively communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders
- Ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Manage project change requests and scope creep
- Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure that details and decisions are communicated outwards and upwards properly
- Foster a positive team environment and ensure that team members are motivated and engaged
