Full-time Project Manager Consultant Position
Our client (Oak Technical Services) is looking for a Consultant Project Manager to provide project management, contract management, quality management, operations management, and procurement management consultant services to a State of CA PMO. The ideal candidate will identify process improvements opportunities and provide recommendations to the PMO staff and management on project management, quality management, operations management, and contracting best practices. The Project Delivery Consultant will also assist the State with procurement tasks such as planning, Request for Proposal (RFP) development, developing requirements, establishing, and maintaining the bidder’s library, assisting with bidder conferences, and any other procurement related tasks that could include developing documents required for the California Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process.
This is a remote position, though occasional travel to the client site in Sacramento may be requested. This is an existing open position, and the ideal candidate will be able to start work soon. Compensation assumes a W2 employee, but Corp-to-Corp candidates will be considered.
The ideal candidate will live in CA, but candidates from Oregon and Washington (for time difference reasons) will also be considered. OTS offers basic benefits and a competitive compensation package.
