We are seeking a Proposal Manager to join the Growth Management & Strategy team at Energy Solutions. In this role, you will learn about and contribute to business development efforts and competitive proposals across all consulting departments. You will work with an incredibly talented, collaborative team and be part of what goes on behind the scenes of business development.
In this role, you will facilitate the entire proposal development process, from pre-RFP planning, through proposal development, to contract award. You will work closely with proposal writers, technical subject matter experts (SMEs), and external partner organizations to develop and deliver high-quality, winning proposals. You will participate in pre-RFP positioning activities and prepare winning proposal strategies. You will also lead post-submission activities including interview preparation. Candidates should have demonstrated experience in proposal management, excellent communication, organization and teamwork skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Salary DOE: $65,000 - $75,000/Annually
Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
