I. Job Objective
II. Essential Job Duties
1. Sets up, adjusts, and operates standard and custom-built electronic instruments to measure the performance of electronic circuits and sub-systems.
2. Assist in the mechanical assembly of the Electron Processor.
3. Under supervision, follows procedures to test and calibrate new Electron Processor units and record test data in accordance with ESI established ISO directives and quality procedures.
4. Perform maintenance on most types of ESI manufactured Electron Processors at the customer’s facility.
5. Assists project management team to complete installations in an efficient manner.
6. Perform on-site dosimetry test.
7. Using established procedures, initiate corrective action for design or documentation discrepancies.
8. Write detailed technical reports on service calls and installations in a timely manner
9. Provide on-site customer operator and maintenance training
10. Proficient with using the ESI business system to identify part numbers and to support testing of new equipment.
11. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Electron Processors and related technology.
12. Knowledge of system software and its interface with customer equipment.
13. Work closely with Engineering department.
