- Cultivate and manage relationships with key customers by helping them achieve success that exceeds expectations.
- Partner with customer and supplier teams to develop solutions for a fluid environment.
- Manage projects involving complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration (internally and externally).
- Manage KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing initiatives to achieve results, and providing recommendations for improvement opportunities.
- Gain in-depth product knowledge to develop diverse solutions for key customers.
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, as well as experience with analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
- Proven track record of delivery on quota and obtaining positive results

- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or another related area of study
- 3 years of experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry, with a focus on performance for internal or external customer base
