Overview
The Call Center Representative plays a crucial role in our organization as they are the first point of contact for customers. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role is integral to maintaining positive relationships with our customers and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Providing information about products or services
  • Handling customer orders, payments, and returns
  • Managing and updating customer accounts
  • Upselling products or services to customers
  • Following communication scripts and procedures
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Monitoring and maintaining customer satisfaction levels
  • Meeting personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Generating sales leads
