EMS Restoration & Construction is Hiring an Estimator Near Corona, CA
- Inspect and scope jobs onsite when required
- Document loss with clear and descriptive job photos and upload into operating system/software
- create mitigation and reconstruction estimates using Xactimate
- Communicates with project manager/lead tech to ensure all required documentation is complete (photos, notes and documents signed)
- Create Record of Drying Logs
- Manage all estimate documents
At Least 1-3 years of experience and knowledge of:
- Xactimate
- Restoration Construction
- Personal protective equipment provided or required
- Social distancing guidelines in place
- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place
