- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate and complete estimates
- Identify potential risks and opportunities in project estimates
- Prepare bid proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process and make adjustments as necessary
- Utilize construction management software, such as HeavyBid and Bluebeam, to assist in estimating tasks
```Experience```
- Proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
