Position SummaryAt Empower, we're transforming healthcare with innovative medications, and we're looking for a dynamic Vice President, Business Development to join our mission-driven team. As a key leader, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our company's market presence. This position is vital to our mission, your ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities through partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion will be crucial to our success.
Your responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of Business Development Directors, guiding them to achieve strategic goals and objectives across various categories and channels, such as Men's Health, Women’s Health, Longevity, IV Nutrition, International, and Telemedicine. You will develop and implement business development strategies, including defining and implementing sales channels and go-to-market strategies.
At Empower, collaboration is key. You'll work closely with internal teams across Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to ensure our business development efforts align seamlessly with our overall company goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers, will be central to your role as a representative of the company at customer meetings, industry events, and beyond.
