We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician to join our clients manufacturing team. The Quality Control Technician will be responsible for ensuring that their products meet the highest quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires a strong understanding of quality control procedures, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with production teams to maintain product integrity.
Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Location: Miami Gardens, FL
Pay Rate: $18HR
Schedule: 7AM - 4PM, Monday - Friday
Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and quality control checks on raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests using precision instruments and equipment to verify product quality and functionality.
- Document and record inspection results, deviations, and non-conformances accurately and promptly in quality management systems.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Monitor and maintain quality control procedures, work instructions, and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance roles within a manufacturing environment, preferably in a regulated industry such as automotive, aerospace, or medical devices.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools, gauges, and testing equipment to perform quality inspections and tests.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and precision in work.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
