Position Overview:

As a Community Manager at Employ, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build, engage, and retain our community of users, customers, and advocates. You will be the primary liaison between our company and its community and learning exchangemembers, ensuring a positive and collaborative experience for all involved.

Responsibilities: 

Community Building:

• Launch Employ’s first community that supports all product lines.
• Launch Employ’s first single learning destination that supports all products.
• Develop and implement community-building strategies to grow and diversify our community.
• Foster a sense of belonging and loyalty among community members through engagement initiatives. 

Online Presence:

• Manage and moderate online forums and community platform.
• Respond to user inquiries, feedback, and troubleshoot community-related issues in a timely manner. 

Content Design:

• Collaborate with the customer experience team to create and curate engaging interest groups to share with the community.
• Collaborate with the product learning team to drive education programs based on customer interest.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align community content with overall brand messaging. 

Events and Programs:

• Plan and execute both virtual and in-person events to promote community interaction.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to organize and support user meetups, webinars, and conferences. 

Feedback and Insights:

• Gather and analyze community feedback to provide valuable insights to the education, product development, and marketing teams.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of community expectations.
• Create a system to measure impact of community programs to company goals. 

Advocacy Programs:

• Identify and cultivate community advocates who can positively represent the brand.
• Develop and manage ambassador programs to reward and recognize dedicated community members. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

• Proven experience as a Community Manageror a similar role in the tech industry.

• Strong understanding of online forumsand community management tools.

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging community content and programs.

• Strong organizational, collaboration, and multitasking abilities.

• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of industry trends.
