Empire Real Property Managers LLC is Hiring a Superintendent Near New York, NY
Luxury 13 unit Madison Ave Coop .seeking a full-time Building Superintendent who is proficient, organized, handy and detail oriented. Staff consists of doormen, porter and handyman - great team to lead and succeed!
Responsibilities include overseeing all activity and building systems, staff management, general maintenance, code compliance; supervising building repairs, resident work orders, third party contractors performing any work in the building, maintaining property cleanliness, refuse/recycling removal, ensuring safety and comfort while monitoring property and continuous communication with residents, management and Board.
Proficient knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC systems; along with experience using BuildingLink and KeyLink are required.
Position requires 40 hours on weekdays as well as weekend communication and service, as needed.
Previous experience as Superintendent is MANDATORY. Hiring Immediately!

(S-13) Certificate of Fitness for Citywide Standpipe Systems
(S-95) Certificate of Fitness for Supervision of Fire Alarm Systems and Other Related Systems_

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
