Job Overview: We are seeking an Assistant Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed efficiently and on time. Duties: - Assist the Superintendent in managing all aspects of construction projects - Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and suppliers - Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines - Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and quality control - Review schematics and blueprints to ensure accuracy - Utilize construction management software for project tracking - Support in the implementation of safety protocols on-site Requirements: - Previous experience in construction management or a related field - Proficiency in Primavera, Prolog, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, ProCore, and other construction software - Strong understanding of construction estimating and budgeting - Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints - Excellent communication and organizational skills - Knowledge of build processes and procedures Join our team as an Assistant Superintendent to contribute to exciting construction projects and grow your career in the industry.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
