Job Details:
- Monday-Friday
- 8:30 am- 5:00 pm
- Pay Range - $20-$26/hr

Property Maintenance Technician duties include:
- Perform general repairs that may include, but are not limited to, repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors, lights, locks, windows, screens, floors, gutters, and drains.
- Perform maintenance tasks such as carpentry, window and door replacement, intermediate plumbing and electrical work.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, kitchen and laundry appliances, and related systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass an MVR check
- Must have a modern smartphone to complete daily work tickets via mobile device
- Must own tools for the job (basic hand tools required)
- Independent thinker and troubleshooter
- Able to read and understand written instructions in English
