Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. Candidates must be able to commute to our Allentown office in order to qualify for this position.

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for inspecting and repairing our customers systems at various facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and lubricating equipment
- Carry out repairs, including flooring, ceiling, walls, doors, painting, and finish work
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Supervise subcontractors during maintenance and repair projects
- Respond to facility emergencies and perform necessary repairs in a timely manner

Experience:
- 5-10 years of carpentry experience
- 3-5 years of electrical experience
- 2-4 years of plumbing experience
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Solid work ethic and communication skills

Pay: $22.00 - $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
