Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Service Manager to join our team. As an in-office Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the service department's operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to our clients. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the service department staff, including training and scheduling
- Oversee maintenance and repair on residential and commercial properties, ensuring quality workmanship from all employees
- Provide oversight on material buyouts, cost management, invoice preparation, and estimates
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of hands-on electrical experience, including commercial and residential experience
- Strong knowledge of current NEC and local city codes
- Pass a background check and clean driving record
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Adobe PDF
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and technicians
