This role will engage with several IT leaders and business functions to validate requirements and provide implementation support for all related ERP and CRM programs.What You Will Do:Lead validation of requirements through a global consensus Community of Practice (COP) for Accounting, leveraging Newstar accounting module including payroll, EFT and cost of salesValidate functionality testing through the features of the new programs and proposes adjustments supported by the COPsLead training program in conjunction with our delivery partner for end user training on all digital transformation initiatives including developing and maintaining user guidesCreate business requirements prioritization and benefits stories for implementation projectsContinually seek more efficient methods in both business level and system-oriented processes to aid division usersWhat You Will Bring:Diploma or Degree in business with a specialization in Accounting or Technology, or relevant program5 years experience using Newstar, specifically within the accounting moduleDemonstrated experience in developing training documentation, facilitating and leading meetings at multiple levels of an organization Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles in Canada and the US, including tax implications Why Join Empire? At Empire, it’s important to have a genuine connection with the work you do.
