The Director Magnet Programs and Nursing Clinical Excellence is responsible for entity specific activities related to the Magnet Program, professional nursing practice, research, evidence-based practice and outcomes management that improve patient care delivery. Accountable for collaboration with nursing and other inter-professional leaders and serves under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer wtih mattrix reporting relationship to the VP of Professional Practice Specific accountabilities include
