SyndiGO is Hiring a Director of Strategic Program Adoption Near Atlanta, GA

Syndigo is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to join our team as the Director of Strategic Program Adoption. The Director of Strategic Program Adoption will play a pivotal role in our next horizon of growth, driving adoption and engagement within our retail programs such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, Kroger, Publix, etc. Working closely with multiple cross-functional stakeholders including Retail Program Management, Commercial, Marketing, Business Systems and Customer Success, the Director of Strategic Program Adoption will lead the charge in delivering successful retail campaigns to enhance engagement and drive business growth.

HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive adoption and engagement within Syndigo's retail programs.
  • Lead a team of analysts, delivering efficiency and scale to retail program adoption processes
  • Collaborate closely with Retail Program Management, Commercial, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of retail campaigns.
  • Initiate and lead engaging conversations with customers to gain insights into their needs and value drivers related to adoption.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally to drive program adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze success metrics to track the effectiveness of adoption efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on program adoption progress to leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to retail program adoption.

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3 years of leadership experience in a technology/software setting
  • Software Sales, Marketing, Enablement and/or Go-To-Market experience highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of retail industry trends, dynamics, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead engaging conversations with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Tenacious and results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving goals and driving business impact.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
