Following the success of our original location, Emmett’s, Emmett’s on Grove is a Midwest inspired supper club offering tavern style pizza, reimagined Italian classics, and an unparalleled beverage program. Celebrating the spirit of a classic American Tavern with European influences, we pair the warmth of a neighborhood restaurant with an elevated experience of a New York dining destination.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: commensurate with experience
• 5% commission on all private event bookings
• Flexible 4-5 day scheduling with consecutive days off
• PTO after 6 months of employment

Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between guests, staff and management
• Oversee service in conjunction with the Maitre d’ and A/GM
• Drive, book, plan and execute large party and private events throughout Emmett’s and Emmett’s on Grove spaces while working to enhance the Emmett’s experience.
• Assist A/GM in motivating staff to achieve organizational and operational objectives
• Inspire exceptional guest service while creating a fun and memorable ambiance
• Be an ambassador for Emmett’s and Emmett’s on Grove

Requirements: 

• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
• 1 years in a service leadership role at a restaurant
• 1 years Events Planning & Management Experience
• Wines & beverage knowledge
• Demonstrated interest in the hospitality industry
