LONG TERM ASSIGNMENT WITH GREAT INSURANCE COMPANY IN CHERRY HILL!
WORK IN OFFICE OR HYBRID OR REMOTE!
$18. / hr
Assignment starts on Monday,
May 6
until the end of September.
Be the first point of contact for all customers utilizing the call center for routine policy updates.
- Delight customers with superior customer service.
- Service existing customers with payments, policy changes, etc. which do not require additional underwriting support.
- Cancel and Non-renew policies according to procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Prior customer service experience
