Allied Experts is currently hiring a full-time Customer Service Rep (CSR) to join our team in the Cherry Hill area. This administrative and dispatch position earns a competitive hourly rate of $18- $25/hr, depending on experience. We offer the following benefits:

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP (CSR)
As a Customer Service Rep (CSR), you arrive each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities are to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, and make follow-up calls.
Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions and is one of the reasons our clients enjoy doing business with us. Your excellent communication skills and attention to detail ensure that their needs are met. Because there are always a variety of office tasks that you can help with, you are never bored! REQUIREMENTS
- Customer Service Experience
- Excellent phone skills including fielding inbound and outbound customer and technician calls
- Able to handle office tasks, such as maintaining maintenance contracts and data entry
- Can operate Microsoft Office Suites
