Emergency Dental Cincinnati is Hiring a Lead Dental Assistant/Office Manager Near Cincinnati, OH

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

  • Some experience leading and managing teams required
  • Proven ability to work independently and professionally in a fast pace environment
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, teach and manage others
  • Previous clinical dental experience as a Dental Assistant
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information in a manner that inspires confidence and trust
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Represent the organization with class, professionalism and a passion for excellence at every turn

The Director/Office Manager position is ultimately responsible for the development of the team as well as the growth and financial success of the office they oversee. The right candidate will have strong communication skills, be confident in their ability to lead, coach and develop all members of the team on the clinical and non-clinical side of the business. They are to serve as a partner with the current clinical directors of the company and identify coaching moments, quality concerns, areas to improve patient experience and ultimately help us retain both patients and employees. The ideal candidate needs to a proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to influence their team to exceed expectations. This candidate is to be an extension of their leadership team and reinforce and foster incredible teamwork, culture, enthusiasm and never settles for anything but excellence. The candidate must enjoy a competitive environment, and have a "refuse to lose" mentality. The Director/Office Manager in addition must be able to overcome adversity, think quickly on their feet, be able to provide solutions and have incredible common sense.

Pay: From $72,000.00 per year
