Our Business Development Representative Will:
Plan, initiate, and direct business inquiries to determine trends, develop target markets, and recommend business development strategies
Manage challenging or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to service requests and exceed customer satisfaction
Establish and maintain long-lasting customer accounts
Match client needs to products and services
Assist in the acquisition of verbal orders from external customers in a professional and courteous manner compatible with applicable company policies & procedures
Gain knowledge of our clients and stay up to date with new sales promotions by attending daily meetings with the Management and Sales team
Act as the main liaison between our company and clients
A Business Development Representative With Us Has:
A high school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in customer service, sales, retail, food service or related fields
Professional and confident demeanor with a very warm and sociable attitude
Flexibility and adaptability to change with exceptional time management
The ability to multi-task and to respond well under pressure and treat others with respect
