As the area revenue manager, you will be responsible for developing pricing models, forecasting revenue goals, and implementing a revenue management plan to increase hotel growth and profitability. This is an Orlando, property based role. Will support the Embassy Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort, Courtyard by Marriott Orlando Lake Buena Vista and Candlewood Suites Orlando Lake Buena Vista.

• Compare and verify hotel prices to ensure corporate, group, and negotiated rates are accurate by conducting market research
• Review the pricing and availability of competitors regularly and evaluate their operational strategies
• Evaluate previous weeks' revenue performance and develop strategies for upcoming weeks through regular yield management meetings
• Produce and maintain forecast estimates and pace reports for each property within your region
• Optimize hotel revenue by evaluating performance goals, and put revenue management strategies in place to set profitable rates

• 2-3 years of successful experience in revenue management or hotel operations role, preferably overseeing multiple properties
• High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• At least 3-5 years of prior hospitality experience
• Experience with computer programs, such as MS Office, Google Suite, and revenue management software is essential
• Superb written and verbal communications skills required
