We are looking for a team member who is an energetic, hardworking individual with a positive and self-starting attitude to fill this position. As part of the sales team, reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a critically important role in continuing ELRO Manufacturing’s aggressive growth plans. Our Sales Executives are passionate about driving results and will be asked to:

  • Identify and prospect new B2B leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to generate sales opportunities within the manufacturing industry.
  • Cross-sell additional services to existing clients, identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and maximize revenue.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our metalworking services and capabilities to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to introduce our services, understand client needs, and propose customized solutions that meet their manufacturing requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company policies and client requirements.
  • Work closely with the project management and engineering teams to ensure client projects are delivered successfully, fostering trust and long-term relationships.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the company.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the CEO, offering insights into sales activities and pipeline status.

Requirements

All ELRO Manufacturing team members share one thing in common; they’re A-Players, who like to deliver excellence while being surrounded by other A-Players. The bar is proudly high, and our people love to raise it further. In addition, the candidate will have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the construction products, manufacturing or metalworking industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with a focus on developing long-term client partnerships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and close sales opportunities.
