- $50,000 Base Salary
Ideal candidates will possess the following:
- Five or more years of Apartment leasing experience
- Three or more years of Apartment management experience
- Two years of consecutive verifiable employment in the last 5 years
- Excellent customer service, professional in appearance, and positive attitude
- Previous experience with industry software. Yardi knowledge is a plus.
- Previous experience with rent collection practices
- Experience with the downtown Indianapolis competitive multi-family market
All offers will be pending drug and criminal background screening.
