Ideal candidates :

• Five or more years of multifamily management experience
• Excellent customer service and positive attitude
• Extensive experience with industry software. Yardi knowledge is a plus.
• A complete understanding of industry collection practices and policies
• Proven track record of working closely with service directors leading large maintenance teams
• Bi-lingual a plus
