Miles Property Management, LLC, is in search of a Property Manager to enrich our innovative team with their expertise. We offer an exceptional rental solution featuring fully furnished, all-inclusive living spaces. This role is crucial for connecting property owners with prospective tenants and ensuring a smooth leasing process.

Key Responsibilities:

*Tenant Acquisition & Screening: Advertise properties, conduct tours, evaluate applicants' financial and rental history, and perform thorough background checks. *Lease Negotiation & Documentation: Negotiate lease terms, draft agreements ensuring compliance, process payments, and clearly explain lease details to tenants. *Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with property owners, recommend pricing and marketing strategies, and manage property improvements. *Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, perform research to suggest competitive pricing, and recommend property enhancements. *Administrative Duties: Maintain organized records of listings, tenant information, and handle financial transactions; compile occupancy and income reports. *Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new staff members on leasing procedures, customer service, and property management software. *Technology Integration: Leverage property management software and technology to streamline leasing processes, improve tenant communication, and enhance data management. *Sustainability Initiatives: Advocate and implement eco-friendly practices and sustainability initiatives within properties to attract eco-conscious tenants and reduce operational costs. *Community Engagement: Organize and participate in community events and activities to foster a sense of community among tenants and enhance the property's appeal. *Legal Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities comply with state and federal laws and regulations, staying informed about changes in housing laws and tenant rights.

Requirements:

*3 years of experience in Property Management and Leasing. *Proven ability in financial reporting and budget management. *Effective team management skills *Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi preferred. *Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities, with the flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
