IMMEDIATE Direct Hire Retail Commercial Property Manager position available! We are currently representing a client in the commercial property management sector, seeking a Property Manager to join their team on a direct hire basis.
The Property Manager will work primarily remotely and on property, but will also be working some from the Tampa office.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Monthly Property inspections
- Collecting rent
- Monthly reports, including financial accountability
- Manage all tenant and vendor communications
- Manage owner communications, including monthly conference calls
- Tenant retention oversight
- Tenant documentation management
- Lease administration, enforcement and compliance, including working knowledge of the following: Defaults, Certificates of Insurance and Gross Sales
- Accounting coordination including a working knowledge of the following: Defaults, Rent ups, Annual Reconciliations. Budgets, AR/AP Coding and Approval, Collections, Cash Management and Property Tax Appeals
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Retail Property Management
- Active Florida Real Estate License as of your start date with the company.
- Reliable transportation for traveling to client sites
- Clean driving record and responsible driver
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience with Yardi
