Entry Level Draftsman

What to expect:

A well-established manufacturing company in Stevensville, Maryland is looking to hire a full-time Entry Level Draftsman to join their talented team. As the Entry Level Draftsman, you must have excellent mathematical skills, including geometry and trigonometry, and experience using AutoCAD. SolidWorks is strongly preferred in this role.

Salary: $52,000 - $62,400 per year, depending on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits: Paid Holidays, Accrued Vacation, Health Benefits, Supplemental Insurances available, 401K with 100% match up to 4% of pay.

Work Location: Stevensville, Maryland

What you will get to do:

Develop part, machine, and electrical drawings to be released to production

Coordinate with the engineering department to ensure designs are being correctly implemented

Communicate with all staff members to ensure project goals are met in a timely manner

Other duties as assigned

You will bring these qualifications:

Experience Level: Mid-Level Experience

Education: Certification or completed technical training in a trade school or related field, 6 months to 1-year related experience and/or training

Experience using AutoCAD (SolidWorks strongly preferred)

Working knowledge of Geometry and Trigonometry

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
