We are seeking an experienced Recruiter that can source for A type candidates. Our Recruiter will seek Top Sales Executives and Candidates with the best technical/mechanical skills in the Material Handling Industry.

This position will be traveling remotely to all locations (four states) as needed to source candidates. All within driving distance of Corporate Office.

They will be responsible for navigating through external job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc. Building relationships with Technical Schools to fill the next generation of team members is a key role.

They will be collaborating with internal hiring managers and handling around 30-35 requisitions at a time. There will be checkpoints throughout the day with the HR team but most of the position will be independent work.

• Utilizing LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sites to source candidates
• Actively sourcing and finding top talent
• Collaborating with internal partners and building relationships
• Initial contacts and/or interviews to ensure the best candidates are being sent to hiring managers.
• Working closely with candidates to have a smooth transition into their role

LOCATIONS: Traveling to these locations, need to live in Memphis

Arkansas: Jonesboro

Alabama: Birmingham, Dothan, Irondale, Madison, Mobile, and Montgomery

Mississippi: Tupelo, Richland, Oxford

Tennessee: Jackson, Kingsport, Knoxville, and Memphis (Corporate)
