Location : Irving/Dallas, TX - Des Moines, IA - Charlotte, NC- Onsite 3x a week
Length: 12 month contract
Must haves :
-Banking or mortgage background required
-3 years in customer support (plus if it is in small business banking)
-3 years experience working with high volume pipeline (30-40 cases)
Our Merchant services team is looking for someone with direct customer service/client interaction experience to come in and manage high-volume pipelines of about 30-40 cases. This person will engage with merchants to collect documents and pass them to the right controls for validation. This person will be working mostly in the back office but will also need to be in direct contact with customers in both a verbal and written capacity when seeking information. This person needs to handle customer queries, be organized, and hold themselves accountable. Having a small business banking background is a plus. This person may come from an underwriting or mortgage background as well.
