Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy inFoxborough, MA is looking for a skilled and team-oriented physical therapist to join our growing team! Our comprehensive team consists of physical therapists, strength & conditioning specialists, and certified personal trainers dedicated to providing the best in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, sports performance training, and personal training, all under one roof. Founded in 2001, Elite has been providing top-level orthopedic and sports physical therapy, sports performance training, and personal training services for over two decades. Both of our unique facilities include fully-equipped sports performance centers for high-level athlete rehabilitation and performance training, including advanced training equipment and large turf training surfaces for return-to-sport rehab.
The ideal candidate will have a current PT license for MA and at least 1 year of clinical experience in an orthopedic and sports outpatient setting (less experienced PTs and new grads are welcome to apply). Board-certification (OCS or SCS), CSCS certification, or the interest in pursuing board-certification in the future are a plus but not required. Must be able to work efficiently in a team-oriented clinical setting while maintaining a positive and cooperative attitude. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent attention to detail and time management skills, and a high level of professionalism are all essential.
Elite offers a personalized, one-on-one treatment model to allow you to provide the quality patient care that you value and our patients deserve. We operate with a 40-minute individual session model and we avoid doubling patients except in very unusual circumstances. We also do not use PT Aides as all of our therapy is performed by the primary PT to ensure the highest quality care to our patients and the ideal treatment experience for our dedicated clinicians. Our facility is located in a large, multi-sport athletic complex. This location, coupled with our specialization in sports performance training, attracts a patient population is very active and motivated and includes a large number of youth, HS, and college athletes.
