Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy is Hiring a Physical Therapist (Ortho/Sports) Near Stoughton, MA
The ideal candidate will have a current PT license for MA and at least 1 year of clinical experience in an orthopedic and sports outpatient setting but less experienced PTs and new grads are welcome and encouraged to apply. Board-certification (OCS or SCS), CSCS certification, or the interest in pursuing board-certification in the future, are a plus but not required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), excellent attention to detail and time management skills, and a high level of professionalism and passion for ortho/sports PT are all essential.
Elite offers a personalized, one-on-one treatment model to allow you to provide the quality patient care that you value and our patients deserve. We operate with a 40-minute individual session model and we avoid doubling patients except in very unusual circumstances. We also do not use PT Aides as all of our therapy is performed by the primary PT to ensure the highest quality care to our patients and the ideal treatment experience for our dedicated clinicians. This location, coupled with our specialization in ortho/sports PT and performance training, attracts a patient population is very active and motivated, including youth, HS, and college athletes.
