Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our esteemed client's team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in overseeing large-scale projects and a proven track record of successful partnerships within the Healthcare, Education (K-12, Higher Ed), or Light Industrial sectors.
Key Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; College degree is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in construction, including at least 3 years of customer-facing roles.
  • A BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree can substitute for up to 4 years of experience.
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, encompassing the acquisition, nurturing, and expansion of client relationships leading to successful projects.
  • CHC Certification is mandatory; Health Care Certification is a prerequisite.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license or can obtain one within 6 months.
  • Intermediate competency in various software applications, including Project Management tools (Preferably ProCore), Microsoft Suite, and accounting software (Preferably Sage). Ability to interpret cost spreadsheets, aging reports, and labor productivity reports.
  • Advanced expertise in contract administration, Requests for Information, Schedule of Values, preparation, and modification of monthly billings, and development of bar chart schedules, including comprehension of predecessors, successors, constraints, float, and lags.
  • Proficient in AIA Contract(s): A401, A121, A111.
