This role requires you to provide operational and administrative support for construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. You will work under supervision and collaborate with various teams and external stakeholders.

Essential Duties and responsibilities

Initiate or assist with start-up protocol and procedures - Create and update project reporting logs - Participate in project close-out - Process, maintain and update automated and manual filing systems - Create and maintain project database - Monitor and ensure that project files include current certificates of insurance - Ensure that any applicable Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds, Escrow paperwork, and safety information has been obtained for each contractor - Process contracts, purchase orders, change orders, and other miscellaneous correspondence - Acquire, collate, and distribute warranties, operation and maintenance data, and as-built drawings - Log in and stamp all unapproved submittals and distribute to Architect for approval - Contribute positively to a collaborative team environment - Perform other misc. tasks pertaining to project management as requested.

Minimum and Preferred Qualifications

- High School diploma, or equivalent; College Degree preferred. - Minimum 5 years of work experience, including at least one-year Construction experience in similar role, including internships or as a craft professional. - BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience. - Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated problem solving skills and critical thinking skills. - Basic knowledge of various Construction software including those pertaining to Project Management (Procore preferred), Microsoft Suite, Accounting, Scheduling (Asta or Project preferred), Modeling (Revit) and PDF Editing (Bluebeam). - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Word and Excel. - Basic knowledge of contract administration, Requests for Information, Schedule of Values, preparation and adjustment to monthly billings, preparation of bar chart schedules including predecessors, successors, constraints, float, and lags. - Basic knowledge of AIA Contract(s): A401, A121, A111.
