The Customer Care Representative will be the front line of the customer experience and will play a critical role in problem-solving, answering questions, and acting as an information source for all.
Logistics experience is a plus! Immediate Start!
Weekly Pay:
- Pay Rate: $30.00 an hour.
- Monday-Friday: 11:00 am-8:00 pm or 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
- Answer inbound phone calls, make outbound calls, respond to e-mails, and manage chat sessions as assigned in accordance with established service level objectives.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Handle a complete range of inquiries with an exceptional quality of interaction, clarifying root causes of problems, researching answers, providing solutions, and exploring alternatives.
- Provide daily updates to department management regarding the overall nature of inbound calls, e-mails, or chats, and any trends or concerns detected.
- Identify, report, and follow up on website issues to ensure corrective action is taken.
- Escalate unresolved problems when necessary.
- Represent the Logistic company brand, maintaining a professional, competent, and positive demeanor at all times.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good command of French and English both oral and written and customer service skills.
- Provide clear and accurate information.
- Strong typing skills; Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices.
- Basic understanding of databases.
- Great attention to detail.
- High school degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of Contact Center Customer Care experience or 4 years of Customer Service.
- Bilingual (English and French).
