Elite Business Resources is Hiring an Office Support Near Bossier, LA

Office Administrator
Office Administrator’s coordinate office activities and operations while providing clerical and administrative support to the management team.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Directs office activities and functions to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policy
  • Assist office staff with administrative tasks such as filing, preparing agendas and maintaining talent calendar
  • Maintains records, documentation, files, particularly more complex or sensitive files such as employee and accounting files
  • Assists Recruiting Division with screening and initial contact
  • Maintains office supplies inventory
  • Answers phones, receives incoming mail and directs customers to where they need to go
Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word
  • Proven work experience in office setting
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong team player
Educational Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
