Sales Development Representative - South Florida Market

Primary Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads and sales opportunities for commercial cleaning services using methods such as cold calling, email marketing, social media outreach, and networking.

· Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct comprehensive sales presentations to potential clients, emphasizing our company's services, benefits, and unique selling propositions.

· Relationship Building: Foster and sustain relationships with both potential and existing clients, ensuring exemplary customer service and rapport.

· Market Analysis: Research and dissect the commercial cleaning industry to pinpoint new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential growth areas.

· Sales Reporting: Regularly track, document, and report on sales metrics, providing insights to the company on performance and areas for strategic adjustment.

· Event Attendance: Represent the company at industry-related events, seminars, and expos, utilizing these platforms for networking and partnership opportunities.

· Industry Knowledge: Remain abreast of the latest developments, trends, and technologies in the commercial cleaning sector, ensuring our sales strategies are current and competitive.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Educational Background: High School diploma (or equivalent) is mandatory; however, a college degree is preferred.

· Sales Expertise: Demonstrated excellence in sales with a proven track record.

· Outreach Proficiency: Hands-on experience with cold calling, email outreach, and other lead generation techniques.

· Presentation Skills: Proven ability to conduct effective sales presentations and negotiations.

· CRM Familiarity: Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and track leads.

· Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the commercial cleaning sector and its primary target audience.

· Communication Prowess: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective engagement with diverse client profiles.

· Team Dynamics: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience:

· Candidates with 2 or more years of relevant experience in sales or a closely related field will be given preference.
