Eli is Hiring an Entry Level Account Manager Near Irving, TX

The Entry Level Account Manager will work face to face with consumers in a retail location and will be responsible for managing customer accounts, driving sales, facilitating product launches, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with retail customers, providing personalized attention and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, order processing, and addressing any account-related inquiries or concerns.
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend products or services to meet their requirements.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting products, demonstrating features, and highlighting benefits to customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, ensuring proper positioning and effective communication to customers.
  • Stay informed about product features, specifications, and pricing, effectively communicating this information to customers.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and electronic payments.
  • Assist with inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating replenishment as needed.
  • Provide product training and demonstrations to customers, empowering them to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Participate in sales and product training programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring attractive product displays and effective merchandising.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, account management, or customer service.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse customer base.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and meeting customer needs.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  • Basic mathematical skills for processing transactions, calculating discounts, and handling cash.
  • Familiarity with inventory management principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on retail store hours.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
