Job Title: Bilingual Comfort Coach, Sales

Here at Verlo Mattress, we are looking for a well-spoken, upbeat, goal-oriented, driven, and responsible person to join our growing comfort coach team. Our comfort coaches help local community members by informing them on the best way to get a great night's sleep. We do this through knowledge and science-based sales processes whose sole purpose is to truly help our guests. We will train the right candidate. We require a willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and the ability to enhance our culture further.

Responsibilities

• Present, promote, and sell products/services using a proven, easy-to-navigate sales system
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis for customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Keep tidy sales desk and sales floor

• Basic computer skills

• Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
• Ability to truly listen to a customer and help them according to their wants and needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

Location: 6911 FM 1960 Rd W Houston TX (Cypress to come in Fall 2024)

Reporting Structure: This position reports to the General Manager

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: $16-18 per hour, plus uncapped commission
• Employee Discount

Experience level: Sales Experience a Plus but not necessary

Shift: Day shift, weekends required

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
