Elevate is Hiring a Payroll Specialist Near Charlotte, NC
- Manage and execute the entire US and international payroll process, including processing, reconciling, and distributing payroll in compliance with government regulations.
- Stay abreast of changes in US and international payroll laws and regulations, ensuring the company's payroll practices remain in compliance.
- Evaluate and enhance payroll systems and processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the HR and Finance teams to integrate payroll-related systems and streamline data flow.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of all required payroll-related tax documents, including W-2s, 941s, and international tax filings.
- Collaborate with external tax consultants and legal teams to stay informed on global payroll compliance matters.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and other departments to address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Work closely with the global HR team to coordinate the onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in payroll management, including experience with both US and international payroll.
- Experience with payroll software and systems
- In-depth knowledge of payroll laws and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Full Time, Exempt
- $70,000 - $80,000
