Electronic Systems Installers Inc. (ESI Security) is growing! We are looking to add a Customer Representative to our team. The Customer Representative will be responsible for working with the sales team and existing customers to learn the industry and assist with the business development of the company.

Responsibilities

· Answer incoming calls and identify the needs of the customer.

· Assist in the development of a social media strategy to increase brand awareness.

· Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities within the market area.

· Handle job processing and communication with customers on upcoming installations and service.

Qualification

· High School Diploma

· Be proficient in Microsoft Office

· Sales experience is a plus

· US work authorization (Required)

· Be able to pass a drug test

Job Type: Full-Time

Additional Pay: Ability to earn quarterly bonuses

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00AM-4:00PM)

Pay: $37,500.00 - $43,500.00 per year
