EJ Dental is seeking an experienced Dental Manager to join our team. As a Dental Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dental practice, managing our team of dental professionals, and ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the dental practice
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Manage patient scheduling, treatment planning, and billing procedures
• Coordinate with dental providers to ensure high-quality patient care
• Monitor and manage the practice's financial performance and budget
• Maintain and update patient records and dental software systems
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Dental Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and billing practices
• Familiarity with dental software systems, including Dentrix, preferred
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with staff hiring, training, and performance management
