Position: Senior Business Analyst

Duration: 29 Months

Location: Albany, NY – Onsite

Hourly Wage Range: $30 to $35 per hour

Qualifications:

1. Business Analyst: Analyzes business domains, documenting processes/systems and assessing integration with technology.
2. Senior (60 - 84 Months): Works independently, provides guidance, may have advanced education.
3. 60 months experience on large-scale Business Requirement Projects with 150 users, involving strategy application for collecting business process requirements.
4. 60 months as Lead Business Analyst on projects utilizing business process management methodologies.
5. 24 months analyzing legacy data migration into an enterprise COTS solution and other integrated dependent systems.
6. 60 months experience with stakeholder communications, including presentation development.
7. 24 months identifying data quality issues, data validation rules, database constraints, and data migration efforts.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

1. Manage large-scale business analysis projects.
2. Utilize business process management methodologies for process analysis and redesign.
3. Develop test plans to ensure requirements are met.
4. Conduct stakeholder communications and outreach.
5. Facilitate project teams for gathering and documenting business process requirements.
6. Work independently, provide guidance.
7. Perform thorough analysis and document existing business processes using UML diagrams.
