Ehrnriter Cares is Hiring an Office Assistant Near Roseville, MN

Ehrnriter Cares is a vibrant and collaborative company dedicated to fostering a positive work environment and supporting the success of our team. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and organized Office Assistant to join our team and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Operations:
  • Greet and welcome individuals entering the office with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer the main phone line, screen and direct calls appropriately.
  • Review voicemails and ensure timely and accurate message delivery.
  • Supply Management:
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Coordinate the procurement of supplies through pickups or online orders.
  • Event Planning and Coordination:
  • Assist in planning and coordinating various office events, including Stronger Together sessions, Connections events, and team-building activities.
  • Office Maintenance:
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office space, including common areas and meeting rooms.
  • Address and resolve office-related malfunctions promptly and efficiently.
  • Organization and Research:
  • Oversee and improve overall office organization, implementing systems for increased efficiency.
  • Perform general research on a variety of organizational needs to support office operations.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Assist office personnel with various tasks and projects as needed.
  • Sort and send out mail, packages, and other correspondence.

Qualifications

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an office environment or similar role preferred.
