Salary: starts at $70,000 per year
What You’ll Do
  • Manage daily office operations, including correspondence, supplies, and facility maintenance
  • Provide administrative support and document management for staff
  • Handle invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing
  • Answer phones, greet visitors, and maintain professional communication
  • Coordinate with vendors for services and manage supplier relationships
  • Perform data entry, expense tracking, and bank reconciliation duties
What You Bring
  • High School graduate
  • Proven experience in office management and bookkeeping, (Quickbooks On-line is required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and financial management
