The Customer Service Representative will play a crucial role in servicing new and existing accounts, providing exceptional customer support, and fostering strong relationships with our clients. Position Overview: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone and email, processing orders, addressing inquiries and concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience in the fastener industry or familiarity with P21 is preferred but not required.
